Spring classes at Reformed Theological Seminary met for the first time in Dallas, TX on Monday, January 30.
On this historic occasion, Hebrew 2 with Dr. Miles Van Pelt from the Jackson campus was the inaugural class. The next day, Tuesday, January 31, Dr. Chad Van Dixhoorn from the Washington DC campus began teaching a four-day intensive class entitled Westminster Assembly and Pastoral Ministry. Seventeen students were enrolled between the two classes.
The two remaining classes to be offered at RTS Dallas this spring will begin in the near future. Isaiah to Malachi will be taught by Dr. Richard Belcher and will meet for the first of four Friday-Saturday combinations on February 10 and 11. Acts and Romans with Dr. Guy Waters will meet for the first of three Friday-Saturday combinations on February 24-25.
Students and faculty alike expressed enthusiasm and excitement as RTS embarks on this Texas-sized adventure.
