About Ms. Short
Jessica Short serves RTS as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all business and financial operations, organizational sustainability, and liquidity management and overseeing the RTS finance and human resources teams. Jessica has an extensive background in accounting. Prior to RTS, she was the Controller at Belhaven University. Her other past experiences include positions as senior manager in the audit division at BKD, LLP (now FORVIS, LLP) in Jackson and senior auditing accountant in the Mississippi Office of the State Auditor.
Jessica is an alumna of Millsaps College and was the 2003 Outstanding Master of Accountacy Graduate of Millsaps’s Else School of Management. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
