Online Payments
The online payment feature of the Service is operated by a third-party payment processor. Your use of such payment feature is subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the processor, in addition to these Terms of Use. Please read our processor’s privacy policy and terms of use, which can be accessed when you reach the payment screen, before utilizing the payment feature. We are not responsible for any acts, omissions, or errors of the processor and you agree to use the online payment feature of the Service at your own risk.
User Contributions
The Service may contain job listings and other interactive features that allow users to post content or materials (collectively, “User Contributions”) on or through the Service. Any User Contribution you post to the site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. Indemnification

Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Waiver of Jury Trial

You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to exclusive venue in such courts.
