About Mr. Thompson
Tim Thompson serves as Director of Gift Processing, responsible for handling the donations made to RTS in a timely manner.
He served in the U.S. Air Force in Rapid City, SD where he met his wife.
He received a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministries from Mid South Bible College in Memphis, TN. He also attended Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary in Memphis, TN.
He was a Southern Baptist pastor in the 1980s, but has spent the majority of his work experience in the retail furniture business, working there for twenty-six years.
Tim and his wife now live in Brandon, MS and have two daughters and four grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys reading and studying to prepare for opportunities to teach and preach God’s word, as well as playing guitar and harmonica.
