About Mr. Parker
Colson Parker was born in Alaska and grew up in Durango, CO. He has always been an avid outdoor enthusiast loving anything one can do outside. He grew up backpacking, kayaking, sledding and every activity of that sort. He attended Grove City College and graduated with his B.S. in Social Work in 2021. A week after graduating he got married to his wonderful wife Emma, who he met freshman year of college in Old Testament Literature and History. During his time at Grove City College, he served as the Chaplain for the Student Government Association, worked in the Chapel as an aide helping to run services, and served as the Student Liaison for the Christian Formation Office’s short term mission program, Inner City Outreach. Colson is currently pursuing his MDiv at the RTS Charlotte campus and hoping after graduation to go into either pastoral ministry or the mission field. When he isn’t doing homework, you can usually find him outside, trying to convince his wife to go get donuts, or frequenting used books stores to buy more books he wishes he had the time to read.
