The Equip workshop series exists to assist the Charlotte community by bringing in scholars and speakers to address important issues in counseling and beyond. The hope is that workshop attendees will walk away more equipped to be a minister of Christ in the church and the world. We have approximately three workshops a year and they are held on the RTS Charlotte campus. See below for upcoming and previous workshops and to watch Dr. Jim Newheiser, Director of the Christian Counseling Program at RTS Charlotte, introduce and explain the importance of the Equip Workshops.
