Job Description: Our People:

  • We are made up of about 30-35 family units with children ranging in age from infants to college age.
  • Our average attendance is about 100-120 people.
  • Many of our members have attended Bible colleges and others have attended universities.
  • Many of our families homeschool or send their children to a local Christian school, while others go to public schools.
  • Occupations range from farmer/ranchers to business people/professionals.
  • We are committed to the permanence of marriage and building strong and godly families.
  Our Church Government: Elder led with meaningful congregational involvement.   Senior Pastor Responsibilities: To work alongside the lay elders to shepherd the flock of God at CrossWay. Responsibilities will include being a consistent prayer warrior, preaching and planning the worship service on most Sundays, teaching on Wednesday evenings during the school year, cultivating and displaying genuine love for our people, being an example in personal evangelism, and administrative duties.

  • Dispensational, pre-millennial, pre-tribulational in our eschatology.
