RTS Signatures and Outlook
This guide only covers Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013. Outlook 2007 should be a similar process, however, if you are still using Outlook (Office) 2007, you need
to talk to your IT director to get upgraded to Office 2010 or 2013. If you are on an Apple computer, you will need to adapt the signature to whichever mail system
you are presently using.
Outlook 2010
Step 1 - Go to File --> Options
Step 2 - Go to the mail menu on the left and then click signatures button
Step 3 - Create a new signature
Step 4 - Type any preceding text you want in the signature, then paste the signature (CTRL + V at same time keyboard shortcut)
Step 5 - Set the signature as your default for the appropriate areas (new message and/or replies).
Step 6 - Hit OK to save and close the signature windows
Outlook 2013
Step 1 - Go to File --> Options
