Summer Pastoral Intern
Job Description:
Our internship program focuses on training men to serve as shepherds under Christ in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church. We aim to help an intern clarify his sense of calling and test his gifts. We hope he will leave Grace with more love for God and his people and better equipped to serve as a gospel-centered leader. Each applicant for the internship will be given a copy of this prospectus so that he will be clear on the goals and structure of the internship.
This internship will include equipping in preaching and other core pastoral duties. The intern will also learn about leadership, team-building, and administration – all important aspects of pastoral ministry. The leadership of Grace Church enthusiastically supports an internship program. Senior Pastor Dan Clifford will serve as the intern’s lead mentor, with Associate Pastor Dan Adams also participating in the training and feedback.
Position Qualifications:
A man pursuing ordained ministry in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church or a church of like faith and practice.
