Student Ministry Director: Lake Baldwin Church
Job Description:
Build on an established student ministry by providing a discipleship environment for middle school and high school students. Responsibilities include connecting with students at a variety of private and public schools; gather students weekly for food, fun, fellowship, and formation; mobilize adult volunteers to provide mentoring, discipleship and small groups; and take advantage of middle school and high school camp. The ministry involves being part of a “next gen” discipleship path that begins in children’s ministry, is developed in teenagers, and leading to young adults. Engagement with parents is also part of the role. We welcome applications for part-time or full-time.
