Job Description:
Mosaic Church is looking for a qualified student minister with experience in student ministry to be a key voice in building a Christ centered discipleship focused student ministry for the families of Mosaic and the community of Richardson. We are seeking someone who is passionate about student discipleship and can work effectively with Mosaic Kids ministry (i.e. existing Birth-6th grade ministry) and the families of Mosaic to provide engaging spiritual formation for junior high and high school students at Mosaic and in the Richardson community. The ideal candidate would be open to a 5+ year commitment.
Position Qualifications:
- The character qualifications of a minister as outlined in 1 Timothy 3:8-13
- Must pass a background check
- At least 2-3 years of experience in student ministry
- Undergraduate Degree with an interest towards further theological education (if not already completed)
- A vision for theologically rich, biblically serious, and creative ministry to students
- A spirit of collaboration and charity
- Enter into membership at Mosaic
- Ability to relocate to the Richardson,TX area (if not already residing therein)

Mosaic Church is a hyper local church in Richardson, TX. Richardson is a suburb of Dallas and is a city of about 135,000. Mosaic is a church plant that doesn't have a permanent location. We are mobile and meet in a rented church building on Sunday mornings.
Mosaic's vision: To see the gospel and its fruits cover every square inch of Richardson. We long for a day when it is the ordinary experience of every person in Richardson to have a daily encounter with the good news of Jesus in word or deed, we will know that this vision has been accomplished.
