Job Title:

Senior Administrative Assistant to City Missions and Diaconate

Job Description:

Provide administrative, financial and process-oriented support services for Senior Director of City Missions including City Missions Committees, Executive Diaconate and Diaconate, and Frontline Ministry. Interacts with lay leaders, church members and staff. Work includes committee meeting agendas, handouts, packets and minutes, parking schedules, preparation for budgets and the church-wide welcoming, greeting and hospitality ministry with Diaconate oversight.

Position Qualifications:

College degree preferred. Five years related work experience or equivalent required. Requires initiative, detail orientation, dedication to accuracy, and multi-tasking. Proficient in Microsoft Office and proficient in Ministry Platform database or willing to learn and become proficient. Primarily standard office hours and days (40 hours/week), with one evening meeting per month and occasional weekend events. PCPC member preferred but not required.
