Job Description:
Briarwood Presbyterian Church (PCA), a vibrant congregation of more than 3,000 members in Birmingham, Alabama, is seeking a full-time Pastor of Discipleship & Evangelism. If you are passionate about equipping believers, developing leaders, and advancing the gospel, this is an exceptional opportunity to help shape a culture of disciple-making in a church deeply committed to the Great Commission.
The ideal candidate will provide visionary leadership for discipleship and evangelism, and work alongside an experienced pastoral staff to strengthen and expand these ministries. He should exhibit mature leadership capabilities and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Position Qualifications:
