As the reach of our ministry expands, the facilities manager supports every department’s efforts by ensuring that both Ligonier campuses area safe, secure, and suitable working environment for every employee. The facilities manager will provide direction to a small team of maintenance experts on two sprawling campuses and lend insight into construction projects in various stages of completion as well as daily fix or repair projects. This role will ensure the planning, permitting, and execution of construction plans and renovations/modifications. They will be the primary representative for all physical-plant concerns and will lead their department in communication and collaboration with both external vendors and internal stakeholders.
