Meet The Daily Grace Co.:

The Daily Grace Co. (TDGC) started in 2014 and began as just a humble dream. The founders, Jeremy & Kristin Schmucker, experienced the deep sorrow of losing a child to stillbirth in February 2014 and they knew that they wanted their story to point others to the true hope, found in the gospel of Jesus Christ. This message of peace in the midst of pain was the catalyst for TDGC. During those early years, the business was primarily run by Jeremy and Kristin and it functioned under the name of Kristin Schmucker Shop; however, the Schmucker’s wanted to build a ministry that was not connected or isolated to a famous author, because they wanted to always make Jesus the true hero of the company.

The name Daily Grace resonated with the founders and customers as they are always reminded of our need for His grace every day of our lives. The Daily Grace Co. gained traction and momentum in a very steady and promising way over the next five years. God blessed their team with new employees, larger warehouses, and a vision for what could be.

Over the last two years, the momentum has only grown exponentially. They now have over 30,000 square feet of warehousing and a team of nearly 60 employees. TDGC’s podcast is one of the highest-ranking Christian podcasts in the world and people from all over the world are raving about the theologically rich and accessible content.

As TDGC looks to the future, The Director of Content will need to be growth-minded, theologically grounded, and business savvy. The Daily Grace Co. has a mission to equip disciples and grow their team to 400 employees within the next 10 years.
