Assistant Pastor of Students and Families
Job Description:
Maintain and develop a comprehensive, biblically based ministry to students (middle school through high school) and their families; oversee their spiritual formation, ensuring they are taught to worship God, learn and obey God’s Word, witness through both word and deed, serve the congregation and participate in His church. Provide oversight and support to the community group ministry. Assist the Senior Pastor in general pastoral ministry.
Position Qualifications:
We are looking for a seminary graduate with a shepherd’s heart for our students (middle school through high school) and their families. This person must be able to effectively proclaim and apply the Gospel to students and their culture, disciple students, and continue to grow a vibrant student ministry. The candidate must be available for a full-time position (40 hours/week) that also involves oversight of our community groups and general pastoral ministry and be willing to adhere to PCA doctrine.
