Financial Aid at RTS Washington

In addition to providing a quality theological education, we seek to serve God's kingdom by making this education affordable.  Through the generosity of private donors, individual churches, and ultimately God's grace and provision, the cost of your tuition has already been significantly offset.  Moreover, through partnerships with ministry organizations and supplementary private donations, we are blessed to offer financial aid options to further subsidize tuition costs.  In addition to the information on this page, please take a moment to download our Financial Aid form and review your options.  If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us at admissions.washington@rts.edu or (703) 448-3393.

What scholarships are available?

Students may apply for any one of the following scholarships:

Church Partnership

RTS Grant

Ministry Partnership

Through the Church Partnership Program, RTS matches church contributions up to 1/3 of tuition. Ideally, a student’s church contributes 1/3, RTS matches it, and the student covers the final 1/3. For details, please read the Church Partnership brochure.
The RTS Grant provides financial assistance to full-time students with demonstrated financial need.
RTS enjoys partnerships with Reformed University Fellowship (RUF), Campus Outreach (CO), Campus Crusade for Christ staff (CCC), YoungLife staff (YL), and Mission to the World (MTW). Students who have an affiliation with these ministries may be eligible for related scholarships.
