Fall 2017 Course, Systematics 1, with Dr. Scott Swain

RTS Memphis will to host Dr. Scott Swain, President of RTS Orlando, to teach Systematics 1 this fall over 3 class weekends.

"In ST 515, we will study a number of topics that are vital to Christian life and ministry:  the nature of systematic theology, the authority, inerrancy, clarity, and sufficiency of Scripture, the identity of the triune God, his works of creation and providence, as well as the nature of humanity and sin.  ST 515 is foundational for the entire sequence of systematic theology at RTS.  A proper, biblical understanding of God's triune identity and of God's purpose in creation and providence is foundational to a proper, biblical understanding of God's work in the gospel, and of his ultimate purpose for redeemed human beings in the eternal kingdom."
