Dr. William Richardson, Professor of Marriage and Family Therapy, received his Ph.D. from the Department of Counseling and Psychological Services at Georgia State University. Dr. Richardson brings more than 30 years of clinical experience both within the church and in private practice to his teaching at RTS. In addition to classroom work, Dr. Richardson's specialization in social skills training assists him as he serves as the Clinical Director of the Center for Marriage and Family Therapy at RTS, one of the highest volume Christian therapy centers in the southern United States. He is a clinical fellow and approved supervisor of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as a practicing professional therapist.
